"No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath. Rooms showing lots of signs of age and desperately in need of TLC (shower grout, peeling paint and wallpaper, frayed...

"Hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking available. Facilities were similar to what you would expect to see in a Travelodge, although the rooms felt bigger. Breakfast was nice. Standard English breakfast available and you help yourself and a Continental breakfast is available if you prefer with a reasonable selection."

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."
