This property is in a great location, away from the busy highway, great views, very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. Staff was super helpful and recommended the adjacent Mexican restaurant which was excellent.

Lobby and halls were clean and very well lit. The staff was quite helpful and friendly, The WiFi was annoying because our phones picked it up but for some reason that no one could explain my laptop wasn't able to get it even though it was getting the signal from other places Wi-Fi and hot spots in the area. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The air conditioner was quite tricky to run because one of the knobs was missing but we managed to get it working pretty well by trading the knob between the two setting controls, I think they could use a serious upgrade for the very old AC units. A nice place to stay overall though, would be nicer if they had a pool but if you aren't looking for that you will have a nice stay here.

This hotel was a very good choice. It was quiet, clean and near a great Mexican food restaurant. We required handicap accessibility and the bath room was the best we have ever had. The setting is a short way out of the city of Hot Springs and very beautiful. And it was affordable!
