"Cameron welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Parking is paid for, again it’s easy. We grabbed a bite in the restaurant area, it was fine, and the prices were good. We slept well and left early for Le Shuttle. "

"Hotel was very quiet as it was a Sunday - it is also currently being renovated - I wasn’t offered a refurbished room until I asked specifically if any were available after I had already checked in. Old room was very dated, had a creaky floor, tap dripping and whistling extractor fan in bathroom. I’m not sure if the newer room we had was same grade as much smaller room size and double rather than king size bed. Decor much better and bathroom nice. Breakfast buffet was poor, my partner gave the full English 3/10 - quite a small portion served. machine coffee like dishwater - not proper filter coffee. Service was good but there were less than 10 people dining so not sure how it would be on a busy day with one staff member. Plus point was free parking and only 10 minute walk into town. Would maybe go back when renovations completed. "
