The staff had great attitudes and were very helpful! The pool had an unfortunate amount of hair and a bandaid. Also the ceiling light fixture in our room had no cover, just exposed bulbs.

Great property. Room was amazing clean and huge for my family of 4. Only complaints were that 1.the shower water pressure was terrible. Very low flow and difficult to get a great clean. 2. Breakfast options were lacking and not very tasty. Was surprised at the limited and repetative options during springbreak. 3. The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all very thin mattress and took multiple layers of bedding for my kids to sleep comfortably. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Overall still a great stay for spring break

The room was not ready on time. They finally got is in a room that had blood and hair on the sheets and smelled like a wet dog. The staff was friendly and helpful but the property is in need of repairs from water damage. The first room looked like there was a part in it. The sofa cushion was sewn back together, tiles on the floor were all cracked and the carpet was totally jacked. There is more but I don’t feel like writing it.

We had a reservation for a 2 Queen Bedroom. At checkin they said they were overbooked and put us at a 1 King + Sleeper sofa. The sofa was dusty and mattress was terrible! We had to contact Hotels.com to get transferred to a different hotel and honor our room type. Hotels.com did a good job helping us to relocate.

The fawcett of the shower didnt work good, the water was too hot or too cold! Very inconfortable, and you dont give shower cap anymore. The noise of the dogs waking until midnight !
