"Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. "

"There was blood on the bottom sheet and when I said something to the attendant; he said that they wash their sheets daily. He was very rude about it"

"The staff is helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The room was clean, quiet, and had all needed amenities."

"Room was comfortable and air conditioning was quiet. Bathroom was very small and hard to navigate. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating."

"The pillows I had were lumpy, it was hard for me to get comfortable which is a good thing because it tells me that they wash the pillows. The staff was great and hooked me up with a nice pillow. The place looked great maybe it was remodeled lately but clean."
