I did not feel safe , during my stay at about 2am a man walked into my room twice he claimed he was given the wrong key but that does not explain why he kept coming to my room (also my door did not have a latch) . In the morning I went to front desk to ask if they could check the cameras and I was told there wasn’t any and that was it. I stayed awake the whole night because me being a woman, alone, was afraid something would happen to me"

There was no clear explanation provided regarding the purpose of the charge only that it should be refunded within 4 business days, so I recommend other travelers confirm this in advance to avoid surprises.
