Perhaps it was a bad weekend...but smoking while talking at the front desk and 'cold-shoulder' vibes were annoying even considering cross-cultural differences! Much appreciated Room is nicely decorated. The staff helped with the itinerary. There are many such hotels in the vicinity n good service stands out"
