"I thought the hotel was Beautiful, quiet with lovely views. I stayed on the eighth-floor club level, which was peaceful. My room was quite spacious and with both a shower and bathtub. The front desk staff was friendly, and the people at the door were helpful with my luggage and assisted I needed help . The on-site restaurant was convenient . Overall, a nice stay!"
"I definitely want to start by giving a shout-out to Cecilia for being incredible, greeting my brother and I every morning and teaching us a little bit of Chinese too! The breakfast was expansive and delicious, The ala carte menu was during the day/evening was great too. The fitness center was huge and had every piece of equipment you might need. The room was big and had a very nice and clean bathroom. My only complaint, which isn’t anyone’s fault, is that the closest subway is about a 30-40 minute walk but there are plenty of buses to get you to the subways into Shanghai."

"We had a great stay except taxi or didi drivers couldn’t find the location and dropped us off at wrong places. That was very frustrating as we don’t speak the same language."
"Convenient location if you transfer in Hongqiao airport and train station. But not very easy to find and long walk, don’t suggest if you have a lot of stuff. Also very thick carpet in the hallway to each hotel room, not easy to pull your luggage and I wasn’t offered to help with luggages."
"We got a room with twin beds on the fifth floor. Room was nice, bathroom was clean, shops, restaurants were easy walking distance. Bus stop was in front but metro was 2.5 km. The only thing which we didn’t like was the pillows, they were too soft, it went very flat once your head lied on it,"
"I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast offers great choices. Special thanks to Spawn Li, whose service was truly outstanding. From check-in to every request, Spawn was warm, professional, and attentive. Spawn even wrote taxi directions in Chinese for me, which was incredibly helpful. This genuine care made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you, Spawn Li, for your excellent hospitality and kindness! The gym and pool are also nice. I look forward to my next stay."
