Very cute, clean and nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Probably the best price for such a service and nice hotel on my entire trip (six weeks in Southeast Asia). Highliy recomended!

The 2 different reception ladies were so friendly and helpful. Even after missing my transport from Hue to Da Nang, 1 of them arranged a bus at short notice and a good price. Thank you miss for doing that.Appreciate that massively

Poor aircon, disappointing breakfast
On arrival staff were pleasant and check in was swift,no information given about local area etc We were given a room upgrade which was appreciated,this was to the room which has the ‘balcony’,as others mentioned it’s tiny, can only just make it through the door. When we got to the room it was baking hot,but the aircon hadn’t been on so we thought it would just need time to cool down... the aircon is probably the worst I’ve had in Asia,the room didn’t get properly cool the whole time we stayed,unfortunately I wasn’t too well when there so we had to stay an extra night. The fridge is also only on when you are in the room and the keycard is in the slot so no coming back to a nice cold drink! We also found breakfast somewhat disappointing,full menu was not available and it was a choice of eggs or eggs which my stomach isn’t good with. It’s a shame as our room was nice otherwise but these issues mean that I wouldn’t return.

夜間歩行者天国になる中心地にあり立地は良いです。食事等には困りません。 小さなホテルで部屋も朝食も値段なりではありますが、清潔でスタッフもサービス精神が感じられ全体としては満足です。 ただ、シャワーのお湯が途中から出なくなり、まだ肌寒い時期だったので堪えました。出た後少ししたら復活したみたいですが。 また、シャワールームは仕切りがない(カーテンもない）タイプですので、使った後はトイレや洗面台は水浸しになります。嫌な人は気をつけてください。

Ok hotel
Very nice staff and good breakfast. Good wifi. It is however anoying that the bathroom hasn't got adequate ventilation. After taking a shower you need to run the AC as a dehumidifier for hours.

Fantastic staff service mind
The staff service mind was great especially the lady whose name is Mai. The staffs including a guy checked in myself were all kind and had good knowledges about the area. The recommendation to try local food was awesome. I will definitely stay there again once I visit at Hue

Average hotel on nice location.
I would say the hotel is ok. I was expecting a better one but is fine. The guys working at the reception are reqlly nice. Very helpful all the time. Breakfast is ok. But service excellent. The rooms are nice but a little bit hot. A c might not be working well.

Near brand new hotel in a fantastic location in Hue. It's a very short stroll from the action at night but it's tucked away on a quiet street so there's no noise at night. There's a couple of nice little coffee shops across the road and restaurants all around. The staff didn't speak very good English so we had a little trouble communicating but we got there in the end. They were very attentive staff though who made us breakfast and gave us nice cold waters, and helped us with our bags. There is no elevator in this place which is worth noting, it's 4 Storey's. The place is fitted out very well and the beds are very comfortable. We booked a room with balcony and the balcony was tiny, we didn't bother using it. Standing room for 2 people. They have scooters available for rent for a very reasonable price too. We would recommend this hotel definitely the rates are fantastic for what you get and the location is fantastic, I would request a room on a lower floor if you have heavy bags or aren't into walking up 4 floors to your room

Decent hotel, great staff
Room was clean and hotel staff were very friendly. Theres was no lift and we happen to be on the top floor. But once you carry bags up this is no issue. Balcony was small and door was skinny but all that is needed. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. Definatly worth the price and close to restaurants and pubs.

Staff were very helpful, providing city information, booking tours and cars, etc. The hotel is extremely clean. As mentioned by previous reviewers, there are no elevators so be prepared to walk a few stairs. Breakfast was basic- coffee or tea, lemon juice, fruit and a choice of soup, eggs and baguette or baguette and jam. Location is great with most city sights within walking distance. This is the first time I have found Hotels.com information to be inaccurate. We booked the "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, City View". It took us a day to find the balcony which was behind a 12" wide door and led to a balcony that was about 18" wide. Technically a balcony, I guess, but completely unusable. The bed was listed as king sized but was queen. On the plus side, the room was a good size and had full length windows so it was very bright when desired. The blackout curtains kept the room dark when sleeping. On the down side, other guests talking in their rooms or hallway early in the morning or at night echoed clearly into our room. Overall, pricier than other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam for what is provided. However, given the lovely staff and good location, we would consider staying at this hotel again.

Comfortable beds, easy check in.
I've gotta say, this hotel has had the most comfortable beds we've slept on during our trip. We've been in Vietnam for 10 days and most beds are rock hard. The room has the classic shower where everything in the bathroom gets wet, but that seems to be the norm here. The shower head is amazing though! We did not eat breakfast here. The AC works great: multiple different options and they actually work. Check in was easy. Again if you ask they will allow you to keep your passport on your person instead of at the front desk. Some front desk staff speaks English better than others.

Lovely hotel good area
We received an incredibly friendly welcome and had a lovely stay at this very modern and clean hotel, so much so that we stayed a second night. we enjoyed a good pre order breakfast, clean rooms, friendly service and a very convenient location and all for a very fair price.

Excellent value. Clean and comfortable. Felt quite new and fresh. Street was noisy at night, but the noise stopped around midnight.

New hotel with very good personal service
A lovely new hotel close to the old city. Service is very good and looks for your personal convenience. Prices are fair also for additional services mini bar and laundry. Just across the street is a very good local bar to have a drink or Italian espresso. I would definitely return to Flora hotel.

Clean, comfortable, friendly
This is a nice hotel. Clean. Well kept. Good breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff. Only downside - no elevator. However staff were quick to take our bags upstairs for us. If you have trouble with stairs this may not work for you.

Absolutely superb, everything you need!
Excellent hotel, received a warm welcome with a drink, was given a rundown of the local area and shown to my room. Hotel is new and in a great location. Far enough to avoid the main backpacker area but close enough to be near the action. There is no lift and my room was on the 4th floor - however, my luggage was already taken to my room by the porter before I even knew it! Great value and exceptional service. On checkout it was like leaving home, I met the lovely owner, his beautiful wife and their son. I was even given a complimentary drink when leaving because of the hot weather! If you're having any doubts, don't! Just book it. When I return to Hue, I will be staying here again. Thank you to everyone at Flora Hotel, you were great!

The best I ever had for such price
Wonderful stay at flora, very nice staff giving excellent advises and good price for services. They offered breakfast as it was not clear if was included in the booking.room very new and cleaned in central area.perfect and strongly recommend !!

최고의 호텔입니다. 절대 후회없어요.
긴말이 필요없어요. 그냥 최곱니다. 10달러 정도에 객실만. 15달러 정도에 조식포함이라면 무조건 여기서 묵으세요. 후회없습니다. 1. 아침 8시의 얼리체크인에도 웃으며 환영해줌. 2. 조식은 아마 한 사람당 2.5불 일 겁니다. 메뉴는 6가지 정도 선택가능한데 4번 쌀국수로 드세요. 고수 없어서 한국분에게도 맞을겁니다. 기다리는 동안 커피나 차 주시고 밥 먹는 동안 쥬스랑 물 드립니다 식사끝나면 과일 한 접시 주시구요. 다 정성스럽게 주시고 청결합니다. 3. 새로지은 호텔이예요. 객실도 깨끗하고 방도 넓었어요. 그런데 아마 후에의 호텔은 대부분 가격이 싸고 새로지은 호텔이 많은 듯 하네요. 4. 버스티켓 예약 오토바이렌트 다 가능합니다. 5. 스텝분들 영어 잘하시고 너무 친절합니다. 또 뭔가를 종용하거나 불편하게 하지 않아요. 다만 뭔가를 물어보면 정말 열심히 설명해 주세요. 6. 위치도 좋아요. 가까운 곳에 강가에 앉아 커피나 아이스크림 마실 수 있는 garden cafe인가가 있는데 그곳도 추천합니다.
