"We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception. At the time of check out , we asked at the reception that we need help to bring our luggage down due to the lift not working but no one came to our room for...

"Das Hotel liegt schön an einem kleinen See, den man allerdings nur sieht, wenn man auf der Terrasse frühstückt. Das Hotel ist innen sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Das Economy Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, die anderen Kategorien sehen jedoch auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus. Das Frühstück ist gut - es ist für jeden etwas dabei."
