"This place was sufficient for an overnight stay if you're on a budget. It is a very old property so you have to understand that from the start. Except for a minor issue that was quickly rectified by the staff, the room was clean and tidy. It is close to the highway but I didn't really even notice the noise. It's right nearby retail shops and so.e food options. There's a breakfast place right across the street and a Dunkin nearby. The manager was polite and helpful with my concern. I would stay...

"Not bad for the price, small rooms on the side of the Lincoln Highway, with a bit of noise & light when there is traffic. Earplugs are provided, as well as clean towels, TV, WiFi, a microwave, iron, fridge, and an older AC system. I'm not sure if this was a weekend only thing, but I only ever saw one staff member, and I don't know what he cooked in the checkin office, but that office reeked. The rooms smelt alright though."

"Location is good for Penn State University football games. Hotel has the bare minimum in the room, not even a box of tissues. It is clean, but doesn't smell so good."

"I loved this motel. Staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good and had lots of options on the menu. Overall very satisfied. It is very close to a major road so if you are a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs."

"Rooms are filthy, strong unbearable smell. I saw bugs, cockroaches were running on the bed when I turned the lights on. I had to cancel the the rooms ( I booked two rooms) because of it."
