"This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

"It was a gorgeous little place. Lovely to be right in the centre of Cirencester and not have to drive anywhere. The beds were comfy and the bedding and pillows were so soft. Our breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with fresh croissants served to us, options for fruit yoghurt and cereals and a cooked breakfast to order which was delicious. We even had our own little dining room to ourselves. I would definitely go back it was a lovely stay! "

"For me, the main reason to stay in a hotel is to get sleep which requires a comfy bed, darkness and quiet. "A nice friendly farm B and B. I was in the anex which was a 1st floor room with the bath room below. It had a whirlpool bath. I found everything clean and usable. It had a small cupboard style kitchenette which was nice with a sink element and plates, cups and cutlery with tea and coffee. The breakfast was in the main farm house next door which was nice and cooked to order by the host who was very helpful and polite. All in all I would use this accommodation again. Thanks "
