"The desk clerk on third made sure I received a handicapped parking space right next to the side door. Which made it very convenient to walk a short distance to the elevator and make the trip to the 4th floor where my room was directly off the elevator. Room was no smoking nice and clean and very comfortable. Since I will be going back to the doctor again in the future, I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was nice and hot. I stayed alone and felt very safe at all times. Thank you for such great service!"

"Didnt eat the breakfast. The parking lot is absolutely horrible. Senior Citizens have to walk a country mile to get to the front door. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were in 311. Whoever was on the 4th was running and jumping. We called to the front desk and complained. We come to Durham once a month. Family Member has cancer. We come for her treatment. Our 2nd time staying there. We will not be back. "
