"Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago."

"Stuff on reception wasn’t very helpful at all. Didn’t explain how to find the room. Very easy to the overflow building completely like amazing got lost for 25 minutes as well as another customer both trying to find our rooms. Reception staff seemed very arrogant"
