"Terrible communication skills, had an awful experience just asking them to help me find water. Their room refrigerator doesn’t work. We had to purchase outside water and their refrigerator was out of order. Their security guard was so rude to me and my father asking him where we can find some water. the worst experience. Not a comfortable room no space and their food bland. Fo not stay there."

"El aire acondicionado no funciono , en la primera habitación que me hospede, esto fue muy incomodo. Pedí que me cambiaran de cuarto, y tardaron mucho en cambiarme de habitación y de nada sirvió por que en la segunda habitación tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado . Todo lo demás muy bien"

"Everything was fine, clean, friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is literally inside of a mall. I probably should have read a more in depth description of the location. We ended moving to Roma Norte, which was much more our speed. But if you don't mind being in a mall, then this is a great place."

"El personal de la recepción y vigilancia me parecieron desatentos ,no me comentaron con claridad que el estacionamiento se paga aparte y es por día Natural, y que solo puedes salir por la salida más cercana, la atención de ellos en lo personal se me hizo muy poco diligente, atienden prioritariamente a los huéspedes que lucen más elegantes y se la pasan charlando. Sin embargo todo lo demás estuvo bien. Las empleadas del comedor nos atendieron diligentemente ,el desayuno bien desde las 6:00 am ."
