"Das Zimmmer war sehr sauber bis auf das Bad, dort hatten wir Flecken, Schimmel am Rand entlang der Dusche inkl Rost, die Dichtung der Duschtür war schief und hing also naja es war doch sehr eklig und eigentlich ist das für ein 5Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel), aber ich habe es nicht gemeldet da dies die Aufgabe des Putzpersonals ist und dies ihnen auffalen müsste und es melden müssten! Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Getränke waren einwandfrei und hat alles gepasst. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es...

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards.
