"First off the reception has a strong stench of cigarette smoke. On check out the hotel demanded extra money than what was listed on the book page. They listed ¥150 per person per night which was fine however they wanted another ¥350 per person for heating cost!?!? Which was never listed during booking. ..."

"An old building hence furniture looks dated but it has its charm within walking distance to Nagano station (15 mins) and a Main Street of food options. Toilet ceiling was very short though."
