"Great location"

"中庭に面したスタジオタイプのお部屋でしたが、日当たりも良く静かで過ごしやすかったです。キッチンが付いており簡単な食事は作ることが出来ます。冷蔵庫、食器、カトラリーも完備されています。近くに大きなモノプリがあるので大変便利。それから、備え付けのコーヒー粉がとても美味しかった！ニース中央駅からは歩いて10分ぐらい。スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔で接してくれて安心して過ごせました。エントランスに少し階段がありますが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さいました。このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです！おすすめです。"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "The property was really clean and a lovely place to stay. I just had a few issues personally which was for the lift was very tiny and as I was alone with a baby in the 3rd floor it was hard as I had to fold pram up and down and put it in the lift alone then walk up and down stairs with the baby which was very stressful if you are alone. The only problem I had with the apartment was the shower wasn’t working very well and there was no plug to run a bath but other than that it was beautiful ."

"Large nicely air conditioned room with good size shower room and a little kitchenette. It’s a dog-friendly property which is awesome. Plenty of room in the underground carpark! The reception hours are limited, as advertised. Unfortunately, the “out of hours” number listed was not in operation. We needed to leave very early and forgot that we would need a key to access the carpark. We left the keys in our room (absolutely our error; we should have taken them at that stage and then dropped...
