Desagradável

Falta de atenção quanto aos hospedes, tinha solicitado uma cama de casal, quando cheguei no hotel tinha duas de solteiro juntas pra formar uma maior, frigobar velho ruim, não tinha uma água disponivel, televisão queimada. pouca hospitalidade, fora que a garagem não é exclusiva para o carro, se chegar cedo bem se não dorme fora da pousada.

- água com uma cor avermelhada; - sem café da manha; - wi-fi não funciona no quarto; - sem sabonete ou shampoo; - ar condicionado muito barulhento e pouco eficiente; - banheiro sem box (só cortina); - preço menor na recepção do que na internet; - recepção totalmente desinformada.
