"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. "So quiet and relaxing, even though you are within a short walk to everything. Everywhere spotlessly clean, the breakfast was fabulous, a huge variety to choose from, all staff so pleasant and welcoming. The pool area is spacious but is missing maybe some chairs, I found the sunbeds slightly uncomfortable but overall I would give it 10/10 and would definitely recommend."
