The staff was extremely polite and helpful! I wish I can rate them higher than 5 stars. The property was nice and clean. Breakfast had a great variety of food. Conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle. Would highly recommended.

My flight got cancelled unexpectedly in Incheon. Although the day was frustrating and chaotic, this hotel has changed everything for me and my three year old toddler. Clean, friendliest hotel staff we have ever met. Great airport shuttle, hospitality, facility. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to travelers! We also enjoyed their pool during our stay which was extremely clean and well maintained.

For a hotel near the airport, it was amazingly quiet. It was clean, staff very helpful and courteous, and the free shuttle made going to and from the airport a breeze. I would stay here if I had a long layover. The only issue I had is the same at so many hotels, not enough electrical plugs. However, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to travelers to Korea.

Great breakfast, outstanding latte during our one-night stay. The workout facility was great too. We had a package that included an afternoon/evening cocktail hour, which far exceeded our expectations with the numerous food selections (we could have made that our dinner had we known!) The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Would absolutely stay here again. There were only 2 minor negatives: 1. We arrived mid-morning, exhausted from a long flight, and I asked if we could check into a room early. The first receptionist said they had no room available. We could barely keep our eyes open so my husband returned and talked with another receptionist who said she could accommodate us if we upgraded to a suite. We gladly did, but I wasn't offered that as an option. 2. The suite was very spacious and quiet, even for our midday nap. But the light switches throughout were confusing. We literally could not turn off the lights in the living room...LOL.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were nice. We give this hotel four stars not because of the rooms but because it gave us a weird vibe. We were asked constantly about our flight out of South Korea once we showed our U.S. Passport. It may be customary so we won’t speak too much on that. The hotel also was very strict on what you could do and when you could do it. There were time slots for things that we weren’t expecting. Inside the room, there were small charges for everything you touched. The toothbrushes, the makeup wipes, the drinks in the fridge were all given to you but for a cost. We truly were only allowed to use the towels and the soap that was inside the shower. We wanted to explore a little of South Korea a bit more because our flight wasn’t until 5 pm the next day but we cut it short. We understand things are different country by country but we just felt a little off being there. It’s probably different once out of the airport area.
