"Hello, I have stayed at the Hyatt House before and had a great time but this time U was very disappointed. Room was not ready time of check in and the manager had no customer service and was rude and not pleasant. Our room was good but there was running water kept us up all night. I would have expected more since it was race weekend and other festivities were going on around the city."
