"The reception staff were very slow when we arrived to check-in, the hotel bar closed at 10.30 on a bank holiday. We where told we could get bar snacks 24 hours? When we got back we were told there's no food. The night staff were very ignorant and just walked away and the night manager was very rude. ..."
