"This property needs renovations AND staff training in customer service! I choose the hotel (not really a hotel) because of the area, location and all the positive reviews. But I can't understand the reviews. We made the most of it, but unfortunately, I would never recommend this hotel."

"Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben, alles vorhanden! Parkplatz, sicherer Fahrrad Abstellbereich,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Zentrum der Stadt, gite Betten und saubere Zimmer. Obwohl es Personalmangel gab waren die Hotelangestellten super nett und haben alles gegeben, dass man gerne wieder kommt! Ich ..."
