"Slow check in process.TV didn't work, but staff came and fixed the problem. Dirty wall next to toilet...."

"The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible."

"My husband & I were in for a business trip & initially booked for a couple days. Due to client needs, we continued to have to extend our stay for 3-4 days. The staff was “annoyed” because we came down in the morning to ask them to extend, pay & cause time into their day. This hotel is empty for a reason. Marriott is a descent chain, this property should be ashamed of themselves. Customer Service 0."

"The 1st room on 2nd floor was dirty and gross hair on the bed pillows, bloddy mattress, stains on the chair there was a blue pill on the floor in the bathroon the dressers were dirty and sticky in the drawers, The place stunk entire floor bad smell dirty and sour, and gas, there were junkies hanging around the building, felt unsafe, they do not include free breakfast false advertisement. "I had the sit down breakfast one of the mornings I stayed. It was absolutely excellent. The restaurant is not open as early as I sometimes head out but my guess is for most, the breakfast start time would be fine."

"The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"
