"Clean and quite hotel, beautiful pool with neat hot tub"

"The room was comfortable, but we would never return and would warn others that this hotel is obviously in a high crime area. We stayed on May 30th, 2026 and woke up to our back window smashed out. Our vehicle was in the hotel parking lot. My husband went to front desk to enquire about calling police and possibly getting the window secured somehow. "Lots of noice , we were in a room main floor next to a restaurant , very loud and kids running around all evening didnt seem to be watched much by parents. The room was beautiful except it looked out at a restaurant and you could hear the noice."

The hotel is generally dirty (while our room was cleaned fairly well there was old room service dishes in the hallway for over 20 hours. "I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!"
