"Room was clean and comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and got a handicapped accessible room, which is not something that every hotel delivers on. Most put a handicapped handrail on a wall in the bathroom and call it handicapped accessible when in reality, they are death traps for aomeone with ambulatory challenges. Thank you for the extra handicapped features. It certainly made our stay very pleasant. Great breakfast also. Fast & friendly staff "

He stopped and talked to me, asked if I was happy with my stay and wanted to know if he could do anything to make it better. To me this is above the call and warranted a review of an excellent rating. "
