But I arrived at the hotel after 9-hours of driving only to find that the hotel could not locate a confirmed reservation for me. They said that they only had one room available so could not accommodate us, and made no other effort to find an alternate solution or hotel for us. Was very disappointed in their poor level of customer service, and would not recommend this hotel."

"Property, location & staff were very nice. Be careful they don’t force a guide on you though. They tried to force one on me and it was a bit of a nightmare. Made my stay unenjoyable.
