Clean room, air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful at reception, particularly Mr Vicky who arranged transfer to Changi Airport. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Didn't eat other meals there as there is big choice in neighbouring retail park to explore.

One stop staycation place. Just park your car, check in then you can spend your two days one night around the hotel. A lot of shopping, dinning and entertaining options like gokart, bookstore, grocery, arcade, fashion shops. Friendly staff and very clean room.

Our stay was amazing. Staffs were friendly and room was relatively new. Lots of parking lot available. There are a few restaurants nearby, Cinema and Money Changer. Abt 15mins drive to Eco Botanic

Great stay

This hotel has become one of my favourites to stay in for a short trip to JB. Mall does not have a great variety of stores but Book Xcess is worth spending some time in. I also really like the water dispenser initiative, perhaps the hotel can also consider only giving out disposable toiletries on request to further protect the environment. Breakfast was quite good too.

Nice and spacious hotel. I love the family suite, because caters my family needs. Services of the staff is good! 👍 thank you! However, the amenities in the room need maintenance. Like switches and one of the toilet door lock are spoilt. Baby cot wheel also spoilt. Quality of the breakfast not fantastic.

Managed to get an upgrade to a family suite, the manager Song graciously offered us a nice price for us to top up and upgrade our room. The room was ready well before the stated check in time and very clean with complimentary bottled water and beverages. Only one suggestion I would make is to have an anti slip mat available in the shower, as the floor can be quite slippery for my child when its wet.

2D1N Staycation

Thanks for allowing early check in. The king bed is very big and comfortable for 3 adults. There is a sofa bed provided and I requested additional 2 pillows and blanket. Areas for improvement:- 1) increase variety choices of breakfast 2) increase the places or seats for breakfast as need to queue up very long due to no more seats for breakfast 3) No mineral water provided as hotel will provide 2 tumblers for filling up the water nearby the lift. The tumblers seem recycle used despite there are sealed. Overall, I felt satisfied the services provided and happy staying.

It was a pleasant stay overall, with a nice quiet location yet convenient with the attached mall. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was a good spread. However there was one incident which we were less satisfied with. After our first night, the hotel failed to replace our towels. This left us without any towels (old ones were taken away). The housekeeping failed to pick up our call either, and we had to resort to physically finding the receptionist at the lobby for help. Just wanted to flag this up as an area for improvement.
