"So disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room, which frankly should not be sold as such. The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. "The hotel wasn’t the same as the pictures condition wise, very run down, room wasn’t as clean as expected for its star rating, games room facilities were broken, breakfast options were very limited. For the price we paid and star it’s rated was expecting was more from the hotel"
