"I asked for a shuttle to transfer me from the hotel to the airport, this is why I chose this hotel for this reason, especially my flight was very early morning, but they did not have a shuttle. i feel there is a misleading and not clear info about this issue. Also since the breakfast was included, they offered to go breakfast, but the turkey sandwich was not fresh, and we don't like turkey, i wish they offer a couple of chioces. thanks!"

"What a fantastic stay! The service was incredible - felt like I was staying with friends. Dinner was very delicious! I had to leave before breakfast, but they offered a sandwich to go instead given my early departure - what a nice touch! Rooms was well equipped and very clean. It had everything you need, including complimentary coffee, tea, and water (hot, cold, and room temp). It was such a lovely visit that I would welcome a stop over in Istanbul again just to be able to stay here for...
