"Outstanding in every way. We were a family of four (kids 6 & 11) with just 3 days in Hong Kong and the Eaton was a fabulous choice. The family room is phenomenal - a bunk bed in the second bedroom! Staff went above and beyond, even helping facilitate an early check in when we arrived delirious with jet lag. The hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced in any continent, and the international food court was such a great choice for dinner with eaters who all fancied different things. Although we couldn’t take advantage of the fantastic cultural offer (an international sound festival and lots of pop up bars) these were fun to observe at a distance. The Eaton is in a part of Nathan Road Kowloon that is really buzzy & dynamic - we were so delighted to have stayed somewhere with such life and energy, close to Temple St markets. Could not recommend more enthusiastically."

Everyone was attentive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Hong Kong.
