"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. "The staff was very friendly and responsive. The food was very good. The hotel setting/location was a bit of a surprise, but easy walking distance to town. The hotel caters to groups/small tour buses, but then, most Portree hotels probably do as well. Dinner reservations in town are hard to get, so book in advance."

"This was the best stay we’ve had on our Scotland trip. We had a sea view which was gorgeous, there are sheep everywhere which was a highlight, and they are quiet at night (in case you are wondering). The breakfast was included and had many delicious options. We ate at the restaurant for dinner as well and enjoyed all of our meals. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
