"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A total renovation of an ancient building leads to an extremely comfortable night's stay. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Right in the center of the old part of Bergamo. Parking garage less than a five minute walk from the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and making dinner reservations."

"I was disappointed with my stay here. The breakfast especially was a let-down. The breakfast room is in the basement and the food selection very limited. Also, the rooms are right next to fenicular, so expect noise. I thought the rooms where basic, given the price, I would have expected more. The location is great and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I would pick a different hotel on my next visit."

The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed in a magical Harry Potter style, which made the whole experience really unique and fun. "La habitación no era amplia, pero estaba limpia, moderna, con cafetera, botellas de agua; buena ropa de cama y toallas. Una carpeta con explicaciones minuciosas de cómo funcionaba cada cosa. En particular no soy partidaria de no tener contacto con los dueños, pero sé que muchos funcionan así. No recibí nunca el código de acceso a la estructura , pero igual pude acceder tocando un timbre y así hacerme de las llaves. En el lugar -según la carpeta-, hay una cochera disponible que no usamos,...

"Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return."

Sehr schade, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte, was leider auf der Webseite nicht angegezeigt wurde.Die Anfahrt zum Hotel führt durch eine sehr enge Gasse, etwas herausfordernd für grössere PKWs, sollte unbedingt berücksichtigt werden."
