Hotel propre et joliment décoré, pt bémol, c'est qu'il y a un gros chantier à coté, mais franchement pas trop dérangeant niveau bruit, en tous cas j'ai pu me reposer sans problème, nombreux Pubs branchés à 5 min, tramway aussi, très bien pr budget moyen. Le personnels est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité admirable, discret. Je recommande.

Çalışanlar mükemmel ama gürültülü ve tv bozuk

Çalışanlar harika insanlardı, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yan taraftaki inşaattan dolayı çok gürültü vardı inanılmaz hem de, avizeler sallanır derecede ve odamın televizyonu çalışmıyordu

Yan tarafında inşaat olduğu dikkate alınmalı

Konum olarak karaköy ün Cafe var barlarına çok yakın aynı zamanda karaköy iskeleye o civarda yürüme mesafesinde, otelin çevresi inşaat alanı bir gürültü kirliliği mevcut, kahvaltı katı teras kat manzarası güzel boğaz ve galata kulesi manzarası mevcut, bunlar gözetilerek konaklama yapılabilir. Temiz bir otel, çalışanlarda saygılı. Otopark sıkıntısı var.

호텔 자체는 직원분들도 친절하고 깔끔하고 좋았으나, 주변에 항구 공사로 인해 가는 길이 지저분하고 공사로 인한 소음 발생으로 때를 잘못 만난 거 빼고는 다 좋았습니다.

Good location, bad condition.

Positive; All hotel staffs are very kind and helpfull. Thanks to them. Location and Terrace view is good. Negative; There is big construction just near the hotel and your window is looking directly to it. Room condition is not satisfactory. For example; towels are very old, towel holder fixed with tape, key receptacle is broken and small itmes like that.

Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno. Lokacija hotela je izvrsna, 10-15 minuta hoda od mosta Galata i isto toliko do Taxima ili do ulice Istikal. Blizu hotela ima dosta restorana i kafića tako da je i noću dosta živo. Doručak se poslužuje na zadnjem katu ili na terasi i ok je, ali ništa specijalno. Čistoća hotela je dobra, ali bi neke stvari trebalo obnoviti poput pločica u tuš kadi. Sve u svemu dobra vrijednost za novac.

The reception staff are mostly attentive and very friendly (though my father did wait until 11:30pm for someone to fix his shower and they never showed up). The rooms are best described as 'need updating urgently'. Although adequate and reasonably clean, my bed sheet has holes in it from what looked like cigarette burns, the shower came off (as did the shower door of my parent's room) and the toilet roll holder came off the wall every time you tried to grab a piece of paper. In the end we had to remove the entire roll and place it on the floor. We also found it to be very noisy as our room was next to the breakfast area and kitchen so were woken every morning with cutlery noise and chairs being scraped. I will say that the breakfast is good and the staff attending are very nice. They gave me ginger and lemon tea when my throat was sore. The location is also great. The area seems to be undergoing heavy redevelopment but the back streets of Karakoy contain some very trendy eateries. It is also not too far to walk across the bridge to the other side.

ikinci bir favori deneyim. öncelikle otelin müdürü HAKAN bey gerçekten 10 numara bir insan, yani her sabah kahvaltısında teker teker misafirlere muhabbet ediyordu ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlardı. diğer personel hepsi saygılı ve güler yüzlü yardım sever , serkan bey ve iki genç güler yüzlü arkadaşlar. ötele geçince oda tertemiz ve gereken her şey var. oda servisi ve temizliği her gün yapılıyor ve çok saygılı çalışan iki hanımefendi gerçekten çok güzel insanlarmış.konum olarak sadece kaç adım tramvay istasyona. açık büfe kahvaltı boğaz manzaralı teraslı.genelde taksime gidenler sadece 10 dakika.tophane- kabataş - finiküler. hiç tanımadığınız insanlar ve hiç sizi tanımayanlardan böyle nazik davranış gerçekten taktire şayan . helal olsun
