"Pros: beautiful area, tons of Elk and other animals, close tu the National Park. Cons: An older place. It was hard to know which plugs would work. It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. "Gorgeous property, very tastefully decorated. The space is not large, but was very usable and had everything we could need. We loved the extra touches like coffee, bathrobe, information about things to do in steamboat. Our only complaint would be the pullout couch, the bed was very uncomfortable. But we loved this property!"

"The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor "

"In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. Yes its a bit dated but beds were pretty comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend skiing. The only thing is that the digital checkout instructions are different than the physical printed ones on site, which is confusing. "Fully furnished, including dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Bed was very comfortable, but I had to jump to get into it! Water was very hard, so bring your own moisturizer bath wash."

"The view from the balcony was great, there were so many options for restaurants that were less than a 10 minute walk. We went hiking the whole weekend and there were so many free/cheap entrances to numerous trails. The smaller bed of the two was so comfortable and the location was easy to find and parking was really close to our door. "
