The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The pool area has free cabanas to relax in. The attached restaurant food was very good and they also have a private car lot across the street with a lot attendant 24/7! The hotel is about a half mile walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants on the main road. Catch the sunset from the beach or your own balcony, the views are amazing.

Hotel is well-located on a quiet-ish road a few minutes walk from Jaco 'downtown'. Room was as described, clean and well-equipped. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast options are varied and excellent quality. Same to be said for the dinner menu, which is priced reasonably compared to elsewhere. Plenty of parking available and there's a mini-market next door. Only issue I had was the safe in my room was defective and took a while to fix (although alternative room was offered). Would recommend this hotel given the location and amenities and care and attention that is paid to the upkeep and quality guest service.

This was the third hotel I stayed at in Cost Rica and definitely my favorite. The food was great and staff very friendly. My room was very nice, actually one of the one bedroom condos currently for sale. If this hotel was on the beach I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a unit. It is close enough to walk to the beach however.

Breakfast was amazing ! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and our room was nice and clean. Nice size, loved the bathroom and the balcony. The room is very spacious and pretty. Main room with restroom and a privatw terrace with jacuzzi, the living room with a bedsofa is comfortable. The kitchen is big and clean. Great service, no complains at all.
