OK, but not as expected

Definitely not a bad room, but there were some downfalls. There was no widow, which I feel should have been mentioned in the listing. There appeared to be one in a photo, but it turned out to be a small window opening into a tiny shaft that ran through the building. No light or fresh air entered the room. The listing said there was a hot water kettle in the room. When I arrived, I was told that there were no kettles for the RedDoorz rooms. I had my own kettle, so that was ok; however, the electrical system in the room would not support it, and when I tried to use it, the circuit breaker went off and there was no power to the room so my kettle was worthless. The listing said there is a shared kitchen...there is NOT a kitchen. There is a tiny storage-like room in the back where they have a dispenser for hot and cold water. It is not accessible to the guests - you have to get someone to go back with you. No kitchen appliances, no cooking. Very misleading. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay, but disappointing when comparing the listing to the actual amenities. The staff was great. Most helpful in giving directions and answering questions. For that, they get an A+.

Comfortable room for a budget hotel

The room was good, however the hotel messed up my bookings. We booked on the 10th and they only inform us that they're full on that date once we reach.

Hotel au calme

Hotel très propre personnel compétent rue calme lit magnifique. Le WiFi marché très très bien. Cependant la climatisation est un peu bruyante qlq odeur dans la salle de bain et la douche bouché, ça s'écoule très lentement. Dans l'ensemble c'était satisfaisant. Pas grand chose aux alentours hormis les bouiboui pour manger local sinon taxi pour chaque sortie. La place monas est à 5 minutes en taxi. Bien situé au calme
