"Semuanya berpuas hati dengan keadaan bilik. Bilik umpama apartment tapi tiada kelengkapan dapur seperti pinggan, sudu garpu, cawan & sudut minuman. Peti sejuk 1 pintu sentiasa on walaupun keluar dari bilik. Elektrik sentiasa on. Ada jakuzi tapi rosak. Hanya sekadar dijadikan bathtub saja. Apapun best bathtub tu ada di balkoni. Mandi sambil layan permandangan. Boleh juga mandi di bilik mandi dalam bilik tidur Tv ada tp tiada sambungan rancangan tv. Aircond sejuk. Yg ni terbaik. Boleh parking...

"It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. The only negative point is that everywhere is so cold( air conditioning at max) and no selection of fruits at breakfast. Just a few fruits, diced and scarce. This country is the paradise of fruits , coconuts and bananas so they should have more"

"Breathtaking resort. The feeling and buidings are amazing, the pillar houses just outstanding and the spa area very tastefully designed. I loved it. The only downside is the emerald beach that is a wonderful beach that is so dirty and full of plastic, glass and other rubbish. Why? "

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area. It is 15 min drive from the center, and many restaurants and a night market is about 5 min drive from the hotel. My room (premier suite) was huge and was sitting on the edge of the sea. At the balcony, I could hear waves, and could see fishing boats. And every morning, many hornbills visited the hotel restaurant. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. They really tried to make me happy while I was there. There is a beach next to the hotel...
