First visit to Jalandhar was a good experience and was happy with the service overall. Breakfast was of a good standard with a variety of options. Room service was excellent with friendly staff. I was happy with my initial stay so I extended my trip and chose to stay longer.

We stayed here when I went to do wedding shopping from the UK and thought it was great. Clean, nice rooms and right in the middle of shops. The breakfast wasn’t that great and no orange juice but I would definitely stay here again !

The staff work extremely hard & try their best to meet your needs. The property is beginning to look tired & some bathrooms smell terrible. The ladies washroom in the lobby area only has 1 functioning toilet. The swimming pool was not working. A minor improvement in the restaurant would be to have tea / coffee stirrers for guests or tea spoons. The restaurant staff were superb & a credit to the hotel. Would stay again next time

We had ants on our bed when we got our room. They upgraded us to another room, but it had stains on the bedding (lipstick etc). They left no towels in our room. Staff were very good about apologizing but unable to rectify anything in a timely fashion or at all. We asked for extra towels, after several calls and discussions and being promised they were being sent right away we sod not get them until the next day. My first negative review of a hotel ever. Restaurant staff were good.

It is a good property to stay at in Jalandhar. My guess is that it is one of the best properties in Jalandhar. It is in the city centre and most of the places are within 15 mins. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting the city for a couple of days.

Worst Stay Ever

Staff was not helpful. My father was a patient of diabetes and he wanted to make the room temperature little less cool but their service was extremely terrible.

It was very disappointing that the swimming pool was closed. At the time of booking it was advertised this hotel has a pool, which is the only reason I booked it. Everyday was told that it would open the following day, we stayed there 7 nights, and the pool finally opened on the day we left the hotel- 2nd April

I frequently stay at this property which is renovating its rooms. Unfortunately, electric sockets are ancient and one needs a training session to operate TV. The room was clean but missing such items as ironing board, hair dryer and soap & shampoo. After I complained, these items were provided.

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and have always enjoyed my stay but this time it was so poor that i left one day into my booking.There was a very very strong smell of painting materials on my floor and it played havoc on our chests,we should have known about this in advance.The wifi router did not work in our room,despite my repeated requests,the hotel had about 8 hours to remedy but did not. Also was not greeted at breakast or seated.

when I arrived at 3- the rooms were not ready, when it was written online that check in is at 12. The receptionist Malini wasn’t very polite as I’ve had the worst experience with her. You have to keep going downstairs as the keycard doesn’t seem to Work. I went to pay, and was told I’ve cleared d all. Then as I left was told to pay 1300 again. They don’t seem to know what’s been paid. Malini wasn’t even sorry for the hassle she caused. The rooms were not up to standard for a 4 star. Have proof of insects in my room and the floor dirty. I’m very disappointed and upset that I wasn’t provided with the standards. Santhosh and sanjani were the housekeeping staff and they were the only ones friendly and helpful. Unless you are desperate don’t stay in that hotel. It’s garbage
