"Firstly, I cannot praise Madalina the hotel manager enough. She is an absolute asset to the hotel with the best management skills I have come across in my many years of travel around the world. Very attentive, always making sure you are happy and have everything you could possibly need without feeling intrusive.
The hotel aesthetics are beautiful and the property is extremely well maintained with staff always making sure there are high levels of cleanliness.
Wonderful food (thanks to the great chefs) with a daily lunch and dinner specials board along with their standard menu, so, you will never get bored. The breakfast is very tasty with a wide selection of options for all. You are also able to order more than 1 item if you are feeling extra hungry. The waiting staff are lovely and friendly, service with a huge smile.
We booked transfers to various attractions and airport transfers. The company used by the hotel made us feel safe and the drivers very friendly.
The hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful sandbank which you can walk to about 1 km out at low tide.
