"Not clean and smelly"

"I’m so glad we stayed here. It was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. Starbucks is just on the other side of the intersection for coffee first thing before you hop back on the road."

"I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep. The owners are so kind and helpful, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The massage therapist wanted more than to massage my back. I knew i had to ask her to leave……but I didn’t. My back felt much better though."

I assumed (incorrectly) that the phone number on office door was to be used while office was open. Concerned of how it would appear on security cameras that I would be loitering around a motel late at night and not wanting to ring someone’s number at about 1:30am, I chose to call the office in the morning and ask for a refund. "It was nice"

"No soap or shampoo in shower! No snacks for sale in Lobby. At AM checkout, there wasn’t a soul around to hand back keys and talk to. After waiting 10 minutes, I layed them on counter and left."

"We liked everything about this hotel.The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was fresh and offered a nice selection. The kids especially enjoyed the pool."

"The room was over all clean- the housekeeper did a good job. But the deep cleaning wasn't done- the carpet, furniture and curtains were all stained with many stains and there was mildew on the silicone in the shower. The breakfast was great! We didn't have any problems with the staff."

"This establishment was not even habitable due to cockroach infestation. An exterminator was at the property when we pulled up, and after taking pictures of the cockroaches in our room that the front desk person acknowledged had been an ongoing problem, they refused to allow me to speak with a manager in person or via phone and denied me a refund for the room I couldn’t stay in. After looking at a different room at the request of the front desk person, that room also had cockroaches and black...

"The property was clean and modern. Would help to have better road signage and road entrance markings. The road side is very loud with trucks using brake retarders early in the morning. Should not be allowed in small towns and rural areas in my view. It is nice to have a clean and well maintained hotel for frequent family visits."
