"Old hotel; made me sign a pet damages waiver even though I had no pets; the sofa in the room was already badly damaged by a cat; I went to the office in the morning to make sure that they didn’t charge me for the damages. "Rooms are really spacious and clean! And staff really nice! Conveniently located for restaurants and bars and shopping. We went for High Water Festival on Riverfront. Awesome! Only negative I can say is AC could be colder. And a coffee maker would be awesome since there was no coffee offered in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again."
