"Exceptional Hotel, located right on the snow, views up to the main peak and across to the magic carpet, chair lifts and cable cars. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast. The Chinese restaurant did an amazing hot pot cooked with coals, and the dumplings were the best!! Thank you Billy! We enjoyed a very spacious suite, which had 2 balconies and 2 toilets. I would highly recommend paying a little extra to enjoy the executive lounge benefits - free food and drinks between 5-7pm daily. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a free airport shuttle bus included. It represents excellent value for money."

"Clean, spacious and friendly staff, has robot service to deliver things to room. The hotspring staff walk around to clean up the place and make sure safety of the surrounding of each pool of hotspring. cleaniness of the surround"

"All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. "
