"All the employees of this facility were above and beyond. Very accommodating very professional. Sloppy Joe’s was a wonderful place to eat, and the waitresses were amazing. We would definitely come back."

"I had such a wonderful experience at Bali Hai! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Everywhere I went, I could see the team working hard maintaining the grounds, keeping everything spotless, and making sure guests were comfortable. "The staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately the two TVs in our suite had issues with properly accessing the signal, which was problematic at times. House engineer blamed cable company, but regardless FIX IT. The front desk felt our pain and did provide two comps for free drinks and appetizers for two days. Also was disappointed to see demolition work in progress in the satellite parking lot, by our building....noisy teardown and dumptrucks aren't my idea of an idyllic vacay. ...
