"On weekends, their bar is closed. People were smoking a joint on the patio. The room reminded me of the 90s. To top it off, the henge on the bathroom door was loose, causing the door to not fully close at all. Staff were friendly though, but feel the rooms could use a renovation. "

"Expedia will tell you that there is an airport shuttle. When you try to request the Shuttle, the hotel will tell you that they have not offered it for six months and they will in no way assist you. Then they will be rather rude and make you feel like they are going to stalk you during your stay if you complain."

"This place was filthy with Grime on the ground the hallways, elevators, amenity rooms, and even the units were filthy. The neighbors are smoking Fentanyl and the whole building smells horrible. I only managed to stay two nights and I had to find a different hotel."

"The staff is super helpful. The room was clean though the smell of cleaners was a little overpowering. Breakfast is what you expect -- nothing more, nothing less. Shuttle service is prompt. This is a great choice for missed connections at PHL."
