The hotel room is spacious, bed was comfy, lots of eateries around and friendly house keeping staf. In fact felt the housekeeping staff is much more helpful and friendlier than the front desk reception staff.
Specifically called the hotel on 7.3 (a day before) to request a king or queen bed instead of 2 single beds and was confirmed by the staff on duty that it is done.
Upon my check in in 8.3.18 evening, I was told that my request was not updated in their system. No apology from the staff on duty that evening. Just a irritated and annoyed looked when i aaked if any king size bed room is available. She blamed the staff who answered my call had overlooked it and that they are fully booked.
To resolve my issue, she just called housekeeping staff to put the 2 beds together.
When I came up to my room, the housekeeping staff smile and told said sorry for the inconvenience. Then he switched on the aircon and left.
Front desk staff gave me a bad first impression of the hotel.
