"Passamos muito frio porque o sistema de ar e aquecimento nao estava funcionando direito , nao esquentava e o controle nao funcionava .. o banheiro antigo com cortinas que deixam o banheiro alagado apos banho .. quartos sem isolamento, nao podia nem assistir tv em volume baixo que outros hospedes ..."

"Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in all my travels (I’m on the road internationally ~4 months out of the year, all over the world).
