Rent men bullrigt

Rent och fräscht och dom var snälla och gav oss ett något större rum då vi hade vår åtta månaders dotter med oss. Wifin funkade fint men det var ganska tung trafik precis utanför dörren som gjorde att rutorna skallrade till ordentligt när dom dundrade förbi. Så är man lättväckt kan det vara ett problem.

Noisy location next to SH1

Good motel but next to noisy highway, however not far from Kaikoura centre

Disappointing but OK for a typical kiwi motel

on the positive... clean room with modern features and a decent bed. working fridge and kettle area. wifi that had an OK speed, generally. on the downside... A miserable, cold welcome from the lady at reception Far out of town - about as far as you can be from central Kaikoura The biggest negative - this motel is VERY close to SH1 and the big trucks and lorries heading north to Picton sounded like they were right outside. Light sleepers should avoid this hotel for this reason alone.

Decent Motel with great selection of free DVDs

Overnight stop between Blenheim and Christchurch. Super fish and chip shop opposite and free DVDs to borrow at reception.

Netjes en goed onderhouden Motel

Ontvangst was vriendelijk met Nederlands tintje (Gus). Kamers zijn verzorgd en schoon. Lokatie is wat verder buiten centrum, maar je mag gratis gebruik maken van 2 fietsen. 'S nachts wel wat lawaai van de snelweg, en de kamers zijn niet helemaal te verduisteren.

A few days away, Whale watching was great. The manner of the front office woman needs some adjusting, she was rude when I ask about servicing the room. Unit was comfortable enough.

Very disappointing.

Very noisy being on state highway 1. Nor did we get the unit we paid for. Even if we had, family units are still studio units which we do not like.

Good motel at the end of the day

I was travelling up from Christchurch and required a quiet place to stay the night before catching the ferry at Picton. The motel is a 5 minute drive away from Kaikoura, on the road north.

Great place to stay. The owners are amazing and so friendly would highly recommend to anyone and will defiantly stay there again :)
