Room was nice, but had no chair in the room, which was odd an inconvenient for doing work inside the room. Also no towel hook in the bathroom. They gym would benefit by having towels available to wipe off equipment after use.

Royal Sea Cliff Kona by OUTRIGGER
Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Aston Kona by the Sea
This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona.

Kona Bali Kai
The condos need updating!! Did not expect to have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach!! Build a pedestrian crosswalk!!
